Personhood Research Group

The Personhood Research Group investigates how personhood has been constituted as a set of protocols across different times, places, and disciplines; how related questions like "what is life?" interact with it; and how it is changing as a result of emerging technology.

Research Questions

We meet twice-monthly. A text (or excerpts) will be chosen and circulated in advance and the standard meeting format is 15-20 minutes silent review followed by 30-35 minutes discussion.
